How do I save something?
- In an app with a Share button, tap Share.
- Tap SaveHere. If you don’t see it, scroll the row of apps to the end, tap More, and add SaveHere.
- Pick a category, or leave it in the Inbox to sort later.
- Tap Save.
SaveHere needs iOS 18 or later and works on iPhone only.
SaveHere couldn’t read a post. What can I do?
The link is saved even when the content isn’t. Usually the post needs a login, is private or deleted, or the site doesn’t let apps read it. Sometimes the network was just slow.
- Open the save and tap Read Again.
- If the page is open in Safari, share it from Safari. SaveHere can use what Safari is showing you.
- Tap the button at the bottom of the save to open the original.
Some sites ask SaveHere not to read their pages. For those, SaveHere keeps only the link.
Why does a save say the original post was deleted?
When you open a save, SaveHere checks whether the original is still there, at most once a day for each save. If the post was deleted, made private, or needs a login, you see a note at the top. Your saved title, text and pictures stay.
How do I export or import my saves?
To export: go to Settings, tap Export All Saves, and choose where to put the file. The file has your links and categories, not the content read from websites.
To import: go to Settings, tap Import Saves, and pick a SaveHere export file. SaveHere shows how many saves and categories it will add, and skips links you already have. Imported saves have no content yet. Open one and tap Read Again to read it.
How do I move my saves to a new iPhone?
SaveHere doesn’t sync between devices. Export on the old iPhone, send the file to the new one (for example with AirDrop or the Files app), then import it there. Restoring your new iPhone from a backup also brings SaveHere’s data along.
How do I delete my data?
To delete one save, open it, tap the More button (three dots) at the top right, then Delete. To delete a category, swipe left on it in Categories; its saves move back to the Inbox.
To delete everything, delete the app: touch and hold SaveHere on the Home Screen, tap Remove App, then Delete App. This removes all your saves and categories from your iPhone and can’t be undone. Export first if you want to keep a copy.
Does SaveHere send my saves anywhere?
No. Your saves stay on your iPhone. The privacy policy lists every time the app connects to the internet.
Still stuck?
